STAGE 06
Stage 6: Audit · pre-access
Deliver a research-driven audit BEFORE requesting access. This builds trust, justifies the access ask, and gives the client tangible value first.
In brief
- Audit BEFORE access. Client sees value before granting Manager rights.
- What we audit without access: public profile, competitive set, keywords, website-to-GMB mapping.
- What waits for access: secondary categories, services config, Insights data, suspension history (admin-only).
- Deliverable: renovation proposal in Konkin-style pitch-site format.

WHAT WE AUDITwithout access
- Public profile: description, photos, public Products tab, primary category, NAP across the web, review velocity.
- Competitive intelligence: top 3 to 5 ranking shops in their market, and what those shops are doing well.
- Keyword research: what their suburb actually searches for, mapped to their primary services.
- Website-to-GMB mapping: services on their website cross-checked against services on their GMB.
WHAT WE DON'T AUDIT YETand tell the client so
- Secondary categories (admin-only, invisible from outside).
- Services configuration (visible publicly only if populated; cannot distinguish "missing" from "configured but hidden").
- Insights data (call clicks, profile views, direction requests, search queries).
- Suspension history.
These get audited after access is granted in Stage 8. The proposal explicitly flags them as "to be verified after access" so the client understands why access matters.
