Q: How long does it take?
A: 14 business days from payment. That covers a written audit (delivered within about 3 business days), the wait for you to grant us Manager access, and the implementation itself (5 to 7 business days from access grant). If we miss the 14-day deadline, you get a full refund.
Q: Do I need to give you my Google password?
A: No. We never ask for passwords. We ask for "Manager" access only, which you grant inside your own Google Business Profile dashboard. You stay the Primary Owner. You can revoke our access in one click. We physically cannot lock you out, remove you, or transfer your profile.
Q: What if my profile is suspended?
A: We'll diagnose the suspension as part of the renovation and submit reinstatement on your behalf if it's within our scope. Suspensions caused by repeated past violations may extend the clock (the timer pauses during Google review). We tell you upfront if your case looks complicated.
Q: Do you guarantee rankings?
A: No. Google does not let anyone guarantee rankings. We sell a finished profile, not a ranking position. What we can guarantee is that the work will be done to Google's published standards, on time, or it's free.
Q: What's the difference between this and your monthly ad management?
A: Ad management runs your paid Google traffic. The renovation fixes the free Google traffic, the listing that shows up next to those ads. They are independent. Most shops we work with have great ads and a broken GMB. This is the one-time fix for that.
Q: Is this a retainer?
A: No. One-time payment, one-time fix. If you want ongoing GMB posting after the renovation, we can talk about it after delivery in Slack. Optional. Nobody will chase you.
Q: What if I want to bail mid-renovation?
A: Email support@newlimits.com.au within the 14 business days and we'll refund you. The work we've done stays with your profile. The audit is yours either way.
