- Type: Stripe Payment Link (not Checkout embed, not custom Element). Hosted, mobile-optimized, supports Apple Pay / Google Pay / Stripe Link automatically.
- Amount:

- Address collection: disabled (digital service).
- Account creation: not required.
- Above the pay button: "Powered by Stripe" + "14-day money-back guarantee" line.
- Success redirect: Typeform welcome screen with email pre-filled via hidden field.
- Order bump: not used. Upsell handled in Typeform Q7 then in Slack post-delivery.

Is there anything on your current profile you want left exactly as it is?
Photos, description wording, specific service names, anything. Leave blank if we have a free hand.
Q4Competitor or aspiration · Short text, optional
Name 1 or 2 shops in your area whose Google presence you'd like yours to look like (or beat).
Doesn't have to be a direct competitor. Just shops whose profiles look strong to you.
Q5Photo access · Required
Do you have a Google Drive, Dropbox, or phone album of shop photos we can pull from?
Paste a link, or tick "use what's already on the profile" and we'll work with that plus any licensed stock we have.

Here's what happens next:
- Within 1 business hour of access grant: we accept the Manager invite and begin implementation.
- Day 2 of implementation: you'll get a renovation plan in writing, one email, scan-able.
- Day 5 of implementation: mid-point check-in with screenshots of work in progress.
- Day 7 of implementation or earlier: "It's live" email with a before/after summary.
